Job Title : Freelance Field Sales Executive - Lubricants

About the Company : Lubrazol Lubricants is a fast-growing engine oil and lubricant brand expanding across India. We are looking for highly driven field sales professionals to build our distribution network and accelerate market penetration.

Role Overview : We are seeking experienced Freelance Field Sales Executives with prior experience in lubricant sales to promote and sell Lubrazol products, appoint dealers/distributors, and generate consistent sales in their assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities :

- Visit garages, mechanics, spare parts shops, and workshops daily

- Promote and sell Lubrazol lubricants (engine oils, etc.)

- Identify and appoint recent dealers and distributors :

- Generate leads and convert them into sales orders :

- Achieve monthly sales targets :

- Build strong relationships with mechanics and retailers

- Conduct market research and share competitor insights





- Ensure timely follow-up and repeat business from clients

Eligibility Criteria :

- Minimum 1-3 years of field sales experience in lubricants / automotive industry :

- Strong local market knowledge and contacts preferred

- Good communication skills in local language + basic English/Hindi :

- Must own a two-wheeler with valid driving license :

- Self-motivated, target-driven, and entrepreneurial mindset
