Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Patna. The Video Editor will be responsible for editing and assembling raw footage into polished videos for digital campaigns, websites, and social media. Day-to-day tasks include selecting and organizing clips, applying transitions and effects, synchronizing audio, and performing basic and advanced video color grading to maintain brand consistency. The role also involves creating motion graphics and visual elements, collaborating with designers and marketers to align video content with campaign objectives, and optimizing video formats for different platforms. The ideal candidate will contribute creative ideas,



maintain project deadlines, and uphold quality standards across all video deliverables.
Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Video Production, including planning shoots, understanding shot composition, and working with different video formats.
- Candidates should possess strong Video Editing skills, including proficiency with industry-standard editing software and timeline-based editing workflows.
- Candidates should possess Video Color Grading skills to enhance visual tone, correct exposure, and ensure consistent color across projects.
- Candidates should possess Motion Graphics and Graphics skills to design engaging titles, overlays, animations, and visual assets for video content.
- Relevant experience in digital marketing or creating content for web and social media platforms is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to follow brand guidelines and creative briefs are required.
