To scale our impact and build structured, needs-based Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) partnerships, we are looking for a agile and result-oriented professional to join our team!

In this role, you will work closely with our marketing and sales teams to connect corporate CSR departments, PSUs, and implementation partners with grassroots agricultural mechanization solutions that address real community needs.

? Key Responsibilities:

Corporate & PSU Engagement: Identify and engage with corporate CSR leaders, PSUs, and committees to align our agricultural mechanization initiatives with their community priorities.

Project Development & Proposals: Coordinate the end-to-end preparation of impactful project proposals, budgets, implementation plans, and presentations.

Stakeholder Coordination: Build robust networks with village panchayats, district administrations, NGOs, Section 8 companies, and implementation partners.

Strategic Execution: Facilitate transparent,



needs-based project deployments where PADCORP’s farm equipment and mechanisation solutions support genuine community development.

Preferred Profile:

Proven experience in corporate CSR, development-sector partnerships, institutional fundraising, or CSR project execution.

Strong familiarity with CSR frameworks, compliance guidelines, and proposal approval processes.

Exceptional communication, relationship-management, and presentation skills.

Willingness to collaborate cross-functionally and travel as required.
