Role Description The Video Editor role at Narmada VPSM is a full-time, in office position based in Vadodara. The Video Editor will be responsible for editing raw video footage into polished, engaging content for social media, marketing campaigns, and branded materials. Daily tasks include organizing and trimming clips, adding transitions, syncing audio, incorporating graphics or motion elements, and ensuring consistent color grading and visual style. The role involves working closely with the creative and marketing teams to understand project objectives, adapt edits based on feedback,



and deliver video assets within deadlines. The Video Editor will also help maintain a library of video assets and stay aligned with brand guidelines and digital trends.
Qualifications

- Ability to manage end-to-end Video Production workflows, including planning, shooting support, and asset organization.
- Strong proficiency in Video Editing using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools).
- Skills in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent, high-quality visual tone across different projects.
- Experience with Motion Graphics and Graphics creation for titles, lower thirds, social media posts, and promotional content.
- Good understanding of digital marketing content formats and social media video best practices.
- Attention to detail, strong visual storytelling ability, and commitment to meeting deadlines.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with creative, marketing, and client-facing teams.
- Relevant training or a degree in film, media, design, communications, or a related field is preferred, along with a portfolio demonstrating prior video work.
