Role Description The Sales Attendant role at DiloCash is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The Sales Attendant is responsible for welcoming customers, understanding their needs, and providing clear information about products and services. Daily tasks include handling point-of-sale transactions, assisting with product selection, managing cash and digital payments accurately, and maintaining a clean, organized sales area. The role also involves restocking shelves, monitoring inventory levels, and reporting any issues or customer feedback to the supervisor. Sales Attendants are expected to follow company policies, uphold high standards of customer service, and collaborate with team members to meet sales and service goals.
Qualifications

- Ability to provide courteous, professional customer service and build positive customer relationships.
- Solid communication skills,



including clear verbal interaction and basic written documentation.
- Comfort with handling cash, digital payments, and basic point-of-sale systems.
- Attention to detail and reliability in following procedures and maintaining accurate records.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, move stock, and maintain store presentation standards.
- Basic problem-solving skills and the ability to respond calmly to customer concerns.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Prior experience in retail or customer-facing roles is an advantage but not required.
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
