Role Description This is a full-time on-site Salesperson role based in New Delhi. The Salesperson will assist customers in selecting mobile accessories, explain product features and benefits, and provide accurate information on pricing, promotions, and warranties. Daily responsibilities include managing the sales floor, maintaining product displays, ensuring stock levels are adequate, and processing customer transactions. The role also requires handling customer inquiries and concerns, keeping the store clean and organized, and supporting basic inventory checks.



The Salesperson will work closely with the team to meet sales targets and uphold company service standards.
Qualifications

- Ability to provide customer-focused service, including active listening, clear communication, and professional behavior with diverse customers.
- Basic sales and retail skills, such as product presentation, upselling, cross-selling, and handling point-of-sale systems.
- Comfort with mobile phones and accessories, with the ability to learn product features and explain technical details in straightforward terms.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including teamwork, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced store environment.
- Basic numeracy and organizational skills for handling cash, reconciling bills, and assisting with stock counting.
- Prior experience in retail or mobile accessories sales is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Minimum educational qualification at secondary school level or equivalent; higher education in commerce or a related field is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, as per store requirements.
