Role Description The Football Coach role is a full-time, in office position based in Delhi, India. The coach will plan and deliver age-appropriate training sessions that develop players’ technical, tactical, physical, and mental skills, aligned with the academy’s curriculum. Daily responsibilities include organizing drills, supervising matches and scrimmages, monitoring player progress, and providing constructive feedback to support individual and team development. The coach will collaborate with other staff to schedule training, prepare for tournaments, ensure player safety,



and maintain a disciplined, inclusive environment. The role also involves communicating regularly with academy management and families, contributing to leadership activities, and promoting the academy’s values and standards.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated expertise in Football Coaching and Football, with experience leading training sessions for youth or amateur players.
- Strong Coaching and Training skills, including session planning, progression design, and player development across different age groups.
- Effective Communication skills to interact clearly with players, families, and staff in a multicultural environment.
- Relevant coaching certifications or licenses (e.g., national or international football federation badges) are highly beneficial.
- Prior experience working in an academy or club setting, with knowledge of modern coaching methodologies and sports science basics.
- Ability to manage groups, enforce discipline positively, and create an inclusive, respectful training atmosphere.
- Physical fitness and willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required for matches and tournaments.
- Basic proficiency in English; additional language skills and international coaching exposure are considered an advantage.
