Role Description The Director at Essenta.one will provide strategic leadership across core business functions, ensuring alignment between long-term vision and day-to-day execution. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. Responsibilities include defining organizational goals, overseeing operational plans, managing budgets, and guiding cross-functional teams to meet performance targets. The Director will collaborate with senior stakeholders to develop business strategies, evaluate new opportunities, and manage key partnerships. The role also involves establishing governance frameworks, mentoring team members, monitoring risk,



and driving continuous improvement in processes, culture, and results.
Qualifications

- Proven experience in senior leadership or director-level roles, with responsibility for strategy, operations, and people management.
- Strong background in business planning, financial oversight, and performance management, including budgeting and forecasting.
- Ability to build, lead, and develop diverse teams, with a focus on coaching, accountability, and inclusive collaboration.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with experience working across internal and external partners.
- Track record of driving organizational change, implementing processes, and improving efficiency in a dynamic environment.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
- Comfort working in office in Delhi, India, with readiness to engage in face-to-face meetings and local stakeholder interactions.
- Experience in fast-growing or early-stage organizations is an advantage, along with familiarity with digital or technology-driven business models.
