Job Overview: Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook a variety of Chinese & Indo-Chinese dishes (Noodles, Fried Rice, Manchurian, Chilli Chicken, Momos, etc.)
- Ensure taste, presentation, and portion consistency
- Maintain hygiene and food safety standards
- Manage wok station efficiently during rush hours
- Control food cost and minimize wastage
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate for raw material ordering
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and equipment
- Train junior kitchen staff if required

Requirements :

- 2-5 years of experience as a Chinese Chef
- Strong knowledge of sauces, gravies, and wok cooking techniques
- Ability to handle bulk orders and peak hours
- Knowledge of food safety & hygiene standards
- Team player with good time management skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced workplace

Qualification:

- Diploma / Certification in Culinary Arts (preferred)
- Relevant kitchen experience in restaurant/café

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
