Kitchen Team Openings: Chef de Partie & Commis Chef

The Black Shepherd is looking for skilled and motivated individuals to join our kitchen team in Bandra, Mumbai. We are a dedicated 26 seat British restaurant focusing on authentic flavors and exceptional quality. This is an excellent opportunity to learn classic culinary techniques and work closely with experienced chefs in an intimate setting.

Open Roles & Responsibilities : Chef de Partie

- Manage and execute food preparation for your designated station with precision
- Maintain impeccable standards of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen organization
- Work closely with the Head Chef to ensure a smooth and efficient service
- Guide and support the Commis Chefs in their daily tasks and development

Commis Chef

- Assist the Chef de Partie with daily food preparation and ingredient gathering
- Keep the kitchen workspace clean,



sanitized, and organized throughout service
- Learn and accurately execute recipes and plating techniques
- Receive daily deliveries and properly store ingredients to maintain freshness

Shift Details :

- Break shift and 10 hour straight shift options available
- Weekdays: 10:30 AM to 4:00 PM and 6:30 PM to 11:00 PM
- Weekends: Shifts extend until 12:00 AM
