Job Summary : Responsible for preparing café menu items, maintaining food quality, and ensuring smooth kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare café dishes (sandwiches, pasta, salads, breakfast items, etc.)
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portioning
- Maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety standards
- Manage inventory, stock, and ingredient usage
- Assist in menu planning and new dish development
Skills Required :
- Knowledge of café-style and continental cooking
- Creativity and presentation skills
- Time management and ability to handle rush hours
- Team coordination and kitchen discipline
Qualification & Experience :
- Diploma in Hotel Management / Culinary Arts
- 2-6 years experience in café/kitchen
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
