- Assist Head Chef in managing kitchen operations.
- Specialize in Indian cuisine preparation and menu execution.
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of dishes.
- Supervise kitchen staff and maintain kitchen discipline.
- Monitor food hygiene and safety standards.
- Assist in menu development and food costing.
- Handle inventory control and kitchen operations during service.
Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
