Responsibilities :
- Prepare authentic tandoori items: kebabs, breads, starters, grills
- Maintain consistent taste, texture & presentation
- Manage marination, prep & tandoor temperature control
- Ensure hygiene, freshness & proper storage of ingredients
- Support kitchen team during rush hours
Requirements :
- 1+ years experience as Tandoor Chef
- Expertise in tandoor techniques, breads & grills
- Speed, discipline & ability to handle high-pressure service
- Knowledge of safety standards & kitchen cleanliness
Job Types : Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
