Job Summary : Responsible for preparing bakery items for café operations, ensuring quality, consistency, and attractive presentation.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare cakes, pastries, breads, and desserts for café menu
- Maintain consistency in taste, texture, and presentation
- Develop and standardize recipes (if required)
- Ensure hygiene and food safety standards
- Manage inventory, ingredients, and stock
Skills Required :
- Strong knowledge of baking and pastry techniques
- Creativity and attention to detail
- Time management and kitchen coordination
- Understanding of food safety standards
Qualification & Experience :
- Diploma in Bakery & Confectionery / Culinary Arts
- 2-6 years experience in bakery/café
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
