Job Overview

Key ResponsibilitiesAcademic Responsibilities

- Teach Physics and Mathematics to assigned classes as per the prescribed curriculum.
- Plan and deliver concept-based and interactive lessons to enhance student understanding.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and assessments aligned with curriculum standards.
- Use problem-solving methods, demonstrations, and practical examples to explain concepts effectively.
- Conduct laboratory demonstrations (for Physics) where applicable.
- Prepare students for school examinations and board exams through regular revision and practice sessions.

Student Development

- Encourage logical thinking, analytical skills, and scientific curiosity among students.
- Provide individual attention and academic support to students who need additional help.
- Identify learning gaps and conduct remedial sessions when required.

Classroom Management

- Maintain a positive and disciplined classroom environment .
- Monitor student progress and maintain academic records and assessment data .





Collaboration & School Activities

- Participate in department meetings, curriculum planning, and teacher training programs .
- Support science fairs, math competitions, and academic events .
- Communicate with parents regarding student progress and academic performance .
- Participate in school activities, PTMs, and professional development programs .

Qualifications :

- Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Physics, Mathematics, or related field :

- B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) - Preferred / Mandatory as per school policy

Experience

- 2-5 years of teaching experience preferred in middle or secondary school.
- Experience with CBSE / ICSE / IGCSE curriculum will be an advantage.

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
