- Prepare daily lesson plans according to the syllabus.
- Use activities, examples, and teaching aids to make lessons interesting.

- Improving Language Skills

- Encourage students to speak Hindi confidently .
- Conduct reading practice, dictation, and writing exercises .

- Assessment and Evaluation

- Conduct tests, dictation, and assignments .

- Classroom Management

- Maintain discipline and a positive learning workplace in the class.
- Ensure all students participate in activities.

- Cultural and Language Activities

- Organize Hindi poems, speeches, storytelling, and essay competitions .




- Celebrate events like Hindi Diwas to promote the Hindi language.

- Student Support

- Help weak students improve their reading and writing skills .
- Guide students in homework and project work .

- Communication with Parents and School

- Inform parents about student progress .
- Attend staff meetings, school programs, and training .
- Explain vocabulary, sentence formation, and pronunciation clearly.
- Help students understand poems, stories, and lessons from the textbook.
