Job Title :Master Trainer / Academic Lead - NEET/JEE (Govt. Program)

Job Summary : We are looking for a highly experienced Master Trainer / Academic Lead to lead and mentor a large team of faculty under a Government-sponsored NEET/JEE program. The role involves guiding 400+ teachers across 100+ centers , ensuring academic quality, standardization, and robust student outcomes.

Subjects Required :

- Mathematics
- Physics
- Chemistry
- Biology

Key Responsibilities : Academic Leadership & Mentoring

- Conduct regular teacher training, workshops, and performance reviews :

- Support teachers in improving teaching methods, classroom delivery, and student engagement

- Act as the central academic authority for resolving teaching-related challenges

Program Management

- Monitor academic progress across 110+ centers :

- Ensure proper implementation of class schedules, syllabus completion, and study plans :

- Coordinate with center heads and academic teams for smooth execution

- Standardize teaching quality and maintain consistency across all locations





Content & Strategy

- Develop and review study materials, question banks, and test papers :

- Design effective exam strategies, problem-solving approaches, and revision plans :

- Ensure alignment with NEET/JEE exam patterns and updates

Teaching & Student Engagement

- Take high-quality classes (online/offline) for students when required

- Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and revision lectures :

- Guide students on problem-solving techniques and exam strategies :

- Ensure discipline, motivation, and performance improvement among students

Eligibility Criteria :

- Minimum 10 years of experience in NEET/JEE coaching
- Prior experience in mentoring teachers / academic leadership roles is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of NEET/JEE syllabus, exam trends, and strategies
- Experience handling large teams or multiple centers is a big advantage

Key Skills Required :

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Excellent communication and mentoring ability

- Comfortable teaching in English + Hindi and/or Bengali :

- Expertise in Smart Board and online teaching platforms :

- Ability to manage large-scale academic operations
