Role Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced STEM Coordinator to oversee the implementation and smooth execution of Coding, Robotics, AI, and STEM programs across partner schools.

The role involves teacher training, academic monitoring, school coordination, STEM event management, and supporting program growth initiatives.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Conduct teacher performance evaluations and provide academic support and feedback.
- Review and verify Monthly Progress Reports (MPRs) to ensure quality program delivery.
- Plan and conduct teacher training sessions and workshops.
- Manage teacher substitutions to ensure uninterrupted classroom sessions.
- Conduct orientations and engagement sessions in schools.
- Deliver faculty training for coding and robotics curriculum implementation.
- Design and execute AI-based activities, coding challenges, and student projects.
- Organize robotics exhibitions, STEM competitions, and innovation events.




- Ensure proper usage and maintenance of robotics kits and STEM learning resources.
- Conduct demo lectures and trial sessions for prospective schools.
- Support PTA meetings and school presentations alongside the sales team.
- Coordinate with internal teams for marketing and outreach initiatives.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with partner schools.
- Conduct regular school visits for audits, monitoring, and quality checks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, Robotics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Prior experience in STEM education, coding, robotics training, or school program coordination is preferred.
- Strong understanding of electronics, sensors, microcontrollers, and programming concepts.
- Good communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple schools and training schedules efficiently.
- Willingness to travel extensively for school visits and program monitoring.

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
