Job Title : Spoken English Trainer / Teacher

Job Type : Full-time Salary : ₹8,000 - ₹15,000 per month (based on experience and skills)

Job Summary

We are seeking a confident and enthusiastic Spoken English Trainer to help students improve their communication skills, fluency, pronunciation, and confidence in English. The trainer will conduct interactive sessions, guide students in practical conversations, and help them develop strong speaking and listening abilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct spoken English classes for students, job seekers, and working professionals.
- Teach grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and sentence formation in a practical way.
- Design lesson plans, exercises, and speaking activities for different skill levels.
- Use interactive methods such as group discussions, role plays, debates, and real-life conversation practice.
- Evaluate students through tests, presentations, and speaking assessments.
- Provide individual feedback to help students improve fluency and confidence.
- Track student progress and maintain attendance records.
- Motivate students and create a supportive learning environment.
- Prepare students for interviews, presentations, and professional communication when required.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s Degree in English, Education, Linguistics, Communication, or a related field.
- Certification in TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, IELTS Training,



or Spoken English Training will be an advantage.
- Strong command of English grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation.

Experience Requirements

- 1-3 years of experience in teaching Spoken English, communication skills, or English language training.
- Experience teaching school/college students, job seekers, or adult learners is preferred.
- Prior experience in spoken English institutes, coaching centers, training institutes, or language schools is a plus.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and strong English proficiency may also apply.

Required Skills :

- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Ability to simplify grammar and language concepts for beginners.
- Strong classroom management and presentation skills.
- Ability to motivate and engage students.
- Positive interpersonal skills and a friendly teaching approach.

Preferred Skills

- Experience preparing students for job interviews or IELTS speaking.
- Knowledge of phonetics and pronunciation training.
- Ability to conduct both offline and online classes.
- Basic computer skills (PowerPoint, Zoom/Google Meet, etc.).
