Key Responsibilities

- Curriculum Mastery : Deliver in-depth lectures on Organic, Inorganic, and Physical Chemistry as per the senior secondary curriculum.
- Laboratory Management : Conduct regular practical sessions, ensuring all safety protocols are followed and students gain hands-on experience with experiments.
- Exam Preparation : Prepare students for Board Exams (CBSE/State Board) and provide guidance for competitive exams (like JEE/NEET).
- Resource Development : Create high-quality study materials, mock tests, and practice assignments.
- Mentorship : Act as a mentor to students, providing career guidance and academic support to help them achieve high scores.
- Professionalism : Maintain attendance records, evaluate answer scripts timely, and participate in faculty meetings.





Required Qualifications

- Education : Post Graduate degree in Chemistry ( M.Sc. Chemistry ) and a B.Ed. from a recognized university.
- Experience : Minimum 2-3 years of experience teaching senior secondary classes is preferred.
- Communication : Strong command over English and Hindi to explain complex theories effectively.
