Use diverse teaching methods to cater to individual learning needs and styles.

Student Assessment and Progress: Regularly assess student performance through assignments, projects, tests, and homework.

Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of student progress, attendance, and behavior.

Identify student weak areas and provide targeted support or remedial teaching.

Classroom Management and Workplace: Create a positive, safe, and nurturing classroom environment.

Establish and enforce classroom rules, encouraging good behavior and discipline.

Manage classroom resources and materials effectively.

Communication and Development:



Maintain regular communication with parents/guardians regarding student progress and behavioral development.

Attend staff meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and professional development training.

Extracurricular Involvement: Organize and coordinate school events, excursions, and extracurricular activities to promote holistic development.
