Salary : ₹10,000 - ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk Management

Welcome and assist patients and visitors professionally.

Manage patient registrations and maintain accurate records.

Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and appointment bookings.

Coordinate patient appointments and follow-ups.

Patient Coordination

Guide patients regarding clinic services, procedures, and schedules.

Maintain patient confidentiality and ensure a positive experience.

Coordinate with doctors and clinical staff for smooth patient flow.

Handle patient feedback and resolve basic concerns.

Administrative Duties

Maintain daily appointment schedules and records.

Manage billing, payment collection, and invoice generation.

Keep reception and waiting areas organized and presentable.

Maintain clinic databases and update patient information.

Customer Service & Sales Support

Explain treatment packages and promotional offers to patients.





Follow up with leads and existing patients regarding appointments.

Support the clinic team in achieving patient engagement goals.

Ensure high levels of patient satisfaction and retention.

Required Skills : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Ability to handle patients politely and confidently.

Experience in healthcare, dermatology, cosmetology, or wellness clinics will be preferred.

Qualification

Graduate or Undergraduate (Any Stream).

Minimum 0-2 years of experience in Reception, Front Desk, Customer Service, or Healthcare Administration.
