Role Overview : The GRE (Guest Relations Executive) Hostess is responsible for creating a warm first impression for guests and ensuring a smooth guest experience from arrival to seating. The role focuses on guest engagement, table management, and coordinating with service teams to maintain high hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities :

- Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival.
- Manage reservations, waitlists, and table allocations efficiently.
- Escort guests to their tables and introduce the assigned service staff.
- Maintain accurate guest records and reservation logs.
- Handle guest queries, special requests, and feedback professionally.
- Coordinate with service and floor teams to ensure smooth guest flow.
- Ensure the entrance and reception area are presentable at all times.




- Assist in managing peak-hour guest flow and waiting experience.

Requirements :

- Prior experience in hospitality, restaurants, or microbrewery operations preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Presentable personality with a guest-first attitude.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of reservation systems and MS Office is an advantage.
