Role Description

HCM Business Advisory provides operational support across a broad range of HR advisory activities and processes. The team works closely with UKI Business Advisory stakeholders to deliver timely, consistent and well-governed support, applying sound judgement to understand the context of individual matters, identify potential risks and seek guidance or escalation where required.

Your key responsibilities

Responsibility for the delivery of HR Services for the UKI.

- Provide operational and advisory support to the UK Business Advisory Centre across a broad portfolio of HR activities, including Occupational Health and absence management, versatile working applications, international assignments, rehire governance, replacement contract administration, Working Time Regulations and management information reporting. Support key year-end activities,



including performance, compensation and promotion processes, as well as audit requirements.
- Help the team manage increasing operational demand and the transition of additional advisory support activities, maintaining effective service delivery and providing timely, high-quality support to UK Business Advisory and Business Partner stakeholders.
- Apply sound judgement when handling nuanced matters and identifying potential risks. Work closely with the UK Business Advisory team to understand the relevant context, obtain guidance and escalate matters appropriately.

- Provide managerial support and oversight to the wider team, helping to maintain performance, accountability and the timely delivery of key priorities.

Your skills and experience

- Minimum 10 years of experience in HR shared services and advisory functions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Excellent negotiation skills and experience in troubleshooting complex issues across HR functions.

- Good working knowledge of HCM systems, including Workday and ServiceNow, together with excellent stakeholder management skills.

- Excellent analytical skills.

Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimise workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs.
