Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Handle cash, card, UPI, and other payment transactions accurately
- Generate invoices and bills for jewelry purchases
- Maintain daily cash balance and prepare end-of-day reports
- Verify product details, pricing, making charges, discounts, and taxes during billing
- Assist customers with payment-related queries politely and professionally
- Coordinate with sales staff and accounts team for smooth billing operations
- Ensure proper documentation for high-value transactions
- Maintain confidentiality and security of cash and billing data
- Support showroom operations during rush hours and festive seasons
- Follow company policies regarding billing, cash handling, and customer service

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
- Basic computer knowledge and experience with billing/POS software
- Good numerical and calculation skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Positive communication and customer handling skills
- Honest, disciplined, and well-groomed personality

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
