Please Note: This position requires working Tuesday to Sunday (10 AM - 7 PM) with Monday as the weekly off. This schedule is non-negotiable due to retail operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Transaction Management : Handle cash, credit, and digital payments (UPI/Wallets) with 100% accuracy using POS systems
- Customer Excellence : Greet customers warmly, handle inquiries and returns professionally, and ensure a positive checkout experience
- Sales Support : Assist in promoting special offers and cross-selling products to help meet store targets
- Operational Integrity : Maintain a clean and organized checkout station, track daily sales reports, and assist with bagging as needed

Requirements :

- Education : High School Diploma (10th/12th pass)



or equivalent

- Experience : Prior experience in retail or customer service is a plus, but freshers with strong math skills are welcome to apply

- Skills :

- Fluency in English and Hindi

- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems

- High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Good physical stamina for standing during shifts

- Availability : Ready to join immediately
