Job Title : Customer Service Executive - Back Office (International Chat Process) Location : Makarba, Ahmedabad

Key Responsibilities :

- Handle international customer queries via chat :

- Provide transparent and grammatically correct responses :

- Support service and sales-related requests

Requirements :

- Excellent written English (C1 level) :

- 10+3 Diploma / HSC / Any Graduate :

- Basic computer knowledge :

- Comfortable with 24/7 rotational shifts

Shift Timings :

- 5:30 PM - 3:00 AM
- 11:00 PM - 8:30 AM

Salary & Benefits :

- ₹26,000 - ₹36,000 CTC :

- 5 Days Working :

- Night Shift Allowance :

- One-way Cab Facility :

- PF, Insurance & Gratuity

Pay: ₹26,000.00 - ₹36,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
