- Customer Service : Greeting guests warmly, presenting menus, answering menu questions, and providing recommendations.
- Order Taking & Serving : Taking food and beverage orders accurately, using the POS system, and serving orders promptly.
- Cleanliness & Maintenance : Setting up tables, clearing dirty dishes, and maintaining cleanliness of the dining area.
- Operations : Collaborating with kitchen staff, assisting with inventory, and restocking supplies.
- Safety Compliance : Adhering to food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
