Job Title: Customer Service Desk Executive

Role Overview: Handle customer queries and provide service support to B2B & B2C clients for stock market products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery
- Maintain client records and follow-ups
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Graduate (any stream)
- 0-3 years experience in customer service (finance/stock market preferred)
- Good communication skills (Hindi/English; Gujarati preferred)
- Basic computer knowledge
