Job Summary

The Customer Relations Executive in a retail environment is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to enhance their shopping experience. The role involves assisting customers, handling feedback and complaints, promoting loyalty programs, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction to encourage repeat business.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Assistance

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide information about products, promotions, and store services .
- Ensure a smooth and pleasant shopping experience for customers.

Customer Relationship Management

- Maintain and update customer information and purchase records .
- Build long-term relationships with customers through follow-ups and personalized communication .
- Encourage participation in loyalty programs and membership schemes .

Complaint Handling

- Handle customer complaints, returns, and service issues efficiently.
- Coordinate with store staff to resolve problems quickly.
- Ensure customer concerns are addressed professionally.

Sales Support

- Support the sales team in customer engagement and product recommendations .




- Inform customers about special offers, discounts, and current arrivals .
- Help increase customer retention and repeat sales.

Feedback & Reporting

- Collect customer feedback and share insights with management.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and service requests.
- Prepare reports on customer satisfaction and service performance.

Educational Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred

Experience

- 2-5 years experience in customer service, CRM, or retail operations
- Experience in retail stores, showrooms, or shopping outlets preferred

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
