Are you a motivated and organized individual with Customer Service experience in USA healthcare industry ? We’re looking for a Dental Customer Service Agent to join our team and play a vital role in ensuring smooth front office operations while delivering exceptional support to our patients.

Key Responsibilities :

- Virtually Greet and communicate with patients in a friendly and skilled manner
- Handle inbound and outbound patient calls, addressing inquiries and concerns effectively
- Manage and reschedule appointments for the dental hygienist and dentists as needed
- Perform dental insurance eligibility verifications and assist with insurance-related queries
- Support front office operations and contribute to efficient patient flow
- Work on Patient Re-Activation for practice to ensure effective scheduling
- Working with Office Management team in US to ensure a smooth patient transition between teams.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure timely follow-ups

Requirements :

- Previous experience in a dental office setting (front desk, coordinator,



or patient caller role preferred)

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially with U.S. patients

- Knowledge of dental insurance processes and eligibility checks :

- Proficiency with dental scheduling software and RCM practices

- Ability to multitask, stay detail-oriented, and work in a fast-paced environment :

- Experience working in a U.S. healthcare/dental setup is highly preferred

Salary Range : $350 - $450 (Paid in U.S. Dollars)
