Job Description - Customer Service Advisor (CSA) | US E-Commerce Process (Voice) Work Mode : 100% Work From Office (WFO) Shift : Adaptable (US Shift)

Job Overview

We are hiring Customer Service Advisors (CSA) for a US-based E-Commerce customer support process. The role involves handling inbound customer calls related to retail orders and delivering prompt, accurate, and professional resolutions while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle 40-50 inbound customer calls per day for E-Commerce support

- Resolve customer queries including:

- Order cancellations

- Refund and return requests

- Lost or missing orders

- Payment-related issues

- Provide clear, empathetic, and professional communication :

- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) :

- Meet defined KPIs and quality standards :

- Accurately document customer interactions in CRM systems

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 1 year of experience in BPO customer service , preferably in:

- Retail process

- Airline process

- Insurance process

- No employment gaps in work history





- Must reside within 15 km transport boundary or be willing to relocate

- Fluent English communication (C1/C2 level) :

- Strong listening, problem-solving, and customer handling skills :

- Experience in a fast-paced work environment

Training & Certification

- Process Training : 5 Days

- Nesting (Live Calls) : 5 Days

- Minimum 85% passing score required in each stage

- Successful completion is mandatory to continue in the role

- Experience in international voice process (mandatory) :

- Ability to manage high call volumes with quality :

- Strong adaptability in a dynamic work environment

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
