Brandbuddiez is a leading provider of AI-driven, fully integrated D2C eCommerce platforms for top consumer brands. We partner with brands to deliver seamless digital commerce experiences, improve conversions, and drive growth using technology, data, and integrated operations.

We are looking for a Customer Sales Advisor who is energetic, target-oriented, and passionate about sales, business, and customer experience.

Location : Andheri West, Mumbai

Work Hours :

- 1 PM to 10 PM, Thursday to Tuesday

Role Overview

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Interaction & Support

- Provide accurate product information, offers, pricing, and order assistance.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Follow up with leads to convert inquiries into orders.

Sales & Target Achievement

- Drive conversions by understanding customer needs and offering the right solutions.
- Achieve monthly sales and performance targets.
- Assist customers in completing their purchases on brand D2C websites.

Coordination & Insights

- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer experience.
- Coordinate with brand clients to share insights, trends, and recurring customer patterns.
- Provide actionable feedback that helps improve sales performance on D2C platforms.

Trend & Data Understanding

- Identify customer behavior patterns,



common queries, and buying trends.
- Suggest improvements in communication, product presentation, and user experience based on customer interactions.

Skills & Qualifications

- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service or telesales preferred.
- Target-driven attitude with a strong passion for sales and business growth.
- Smart, proactive, and quick at understanding customer needs.
- Ability to multitask and handle high-volume interactions.
