Job Summary : Key Responsibilities :

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude during calls.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in CRM.
- Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns or referrals.
- Handle customer queries and objections effectively.

Requirements :

- Fluent in English and Hindi (must).
- Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is preferred.
- Confident, persuasive,



and energetic personality.
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
- Basic computer skills; familiarity with CRM software preferred.
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass; graduation preferred.
