We are looking for a Customer Experience & Property Tour Executive who will be responsible for managing visitor interactions, conducting property walkthroughs, and ensuring a memorable experience for every customer visiting our projects.

Role Overview

The Customer Experience & Property Tour Executive will own the complete on-site customer journey, from welcoming visitors to conducting property tours and ensuring guests clearly understand the features, amenities, and lifestyle offered by the project.

This role requires strong communication skills, a hospitality mindset, and the ability to confidently present the property and its offerings to visitors.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and visitors to the property in a professional and hospitable manner.
- Conduct detailed property tours, showcasing project infrastructure, amenities, and facilities.




- Explain the project features, design philosophy, and lifestyle benefits to visitors.
- Ensure visitors receive a structured and engaging walkthrough of the property.
- Manage and own the complete visitor experience during their visit.
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams to support customer interactions.
- Collect customer feedback and conduct experience surveys after property visits.
- Maintain records of visitor interactions and feedback for service improvement.
- Ensure property presentation areas and experience zones are maintained according to brand standards.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or Business Administration preferred.
- 2-4 years of experience in hotels, hospitality services, customer experience roles, or visitor management.
