Position: Customer Care Executive

Location: Rajkot

Salary : 15000-17000 + PF+ESIC+Insurance+Mobile Reimbursement

Education: Any Graduate/HSC

Experience: 1-2 Years

Job Description :

- To handle walking customers.
- To resolve the customers’ complaint.
- To inform them about current products and services.
- To listen to objections and handle them effectively.
- To generate more leads from the people out called.
- To enter the details of every interaction in the system.
- Basic computer knowledge,
- Fluency in Gujarati and Hindi language
- Should be Interactive.
- Good communication skills
- Company dress code wearing compulsory.
- Work in excel and outlook.
- Generate sales leads. broadband and CATV (with call or reference generate leads)
- complain follow up and make walk in customers report.
- MQ and PP work Reports, and attain customers

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
