What You'll Be Doing

- Handle inbound customer support calls from US telecom customers
- Resolve customer queries with professionalism and empathy
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and quality benchmarks
- Contribute to a high-energy international BPO workplace

Who We're Looking For

- Minimum 12th Pass





- At least 1 year of experience in International Voice Process (Inbound experience is mandatory)

- Strong verbal English communication skills

- Willingness and comfort working night shifts :

- Basic computer and internet proficiency

Work Details

- Process : International Voice (US Telecom)
- Shift : Night Shift
- Working Days : 5 Days/Week + Rotational Week Off
- Work Mode : Work From Office
- Locations : Noida / Pune (Hinjewadi)

ASSESSMENT IS MANDATORY — ALL CANDIDATES MUST COMPLETE THE ASSESSMENT TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
