P osition : Customer Relationship Executive (Only For Women)

Location : Nashik

Key Responsibilities: ? Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships. ? Act as a point of contact between the company and assigned clients. ? Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner. ? Identify client needs and work with internal teams to ensure effective solutions. ? Monitor customer satisfaction and suggest improvements. ? Maintain records of client communications and transactions. ? Upsell or cross-sell services/products when appropriate. ? Prepare regular reports on customer feedback, trends, and concerns.

Required Qualifications: ? Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. ? Proven internship experience in customer service, client relations, or a similar role.



? Excellent verbal and written communication skills. ? Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. ? Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple clients simultaneously. ? Proficiency in MS OFFICE. ? A customer-centric mindset with a focus on building trust and long-term value.

Preferred Qualifications (optional): ? Knowledge in [industry-specific field, e.g., real estate, finance, IT services]. ? Fluency in multiple languages. ? Familiarity with data analysis and customer segmentation.
