Job Title: Customer Support - Sales

Location : Salt Lake, Sec V Experience : 1-2 Years Employment Type : Full-time

Job Summary : Key Responsibilities :

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
- Provide timely and accurate information to customers.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Maintain records of calls, leads, and sales in the system.
- Resolve customer concerns and ensure a positive customer experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer support/sales role.
- Fluent communication skills in English (verbal & written).




- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of sales processes and customer handling.
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and quick learner.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM tools preferred).
- Tele sales or inside sales experience is a plus.
- Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
