Job Summary

The Guest Relations Executive is responsible for ensuring a pleasant and memorable experience for guests during their stay. This role focuses on welcoming guests, addressing their needs, resolving complaints, and maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction in the hotel or resort.

Key Responsibilities

1. Guest Welcome & Assistance

- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist during check-in and check-out.
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Escort VIP guests to their rooms when required.

- Customer Experience Management

- Ensure guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.
- Follow up with guests to ensure issues are resolved.

- Coordination with Departments

- Coordinate with housekeeping, front office, food & beverage, and maintenance teams to fulfill guest requests.
- Communicate special guest requirements (VIPs, anniversaries, special occasions).

- Guest Feedback & Improvement





- Collect guest feedback through surveys or direct interaction.
- Report feedback and suggestions to management.
- Help improve service standards based on guest reviews.

- VIP & Special Guest Handling

- Identify VIP guests and ensure personalized service.
- Arrange special amenities for VIPs or repeat guests.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality / Hotel Management / Tourism preferred.
- 1-3 years experience in front office, guest relations, or customer service in hotels/resorts.

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
