Job Description (JD): Team Member - Ice Cream Parlor

Position : Team Member Industry : QSR / Ice Cream Parlor Location : Chennai Reports To : Store Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and take orders efficiently.
- Prepare and serve ice cream, sundaes, shakes, and other menu items as per company standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the counter, seating area, and equipment.
- Handle billing and operate the POS system.
- Ensure proper display and stocking of ice cream products and toppings.
- Assist in inventory management and report stock shortages.
- Follow food safety and quality standards at all times.
- Support team members during peak hours to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle customer queries and resolve complaints politely.





Requirements :

- Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Positive attitude and teamwork mindset.
- Prior experience in QSR, café, or ice cream parlor is preferred.
