Your Role - What You’ll Do :*

As a Data Entry Executive, you’ll be the backbone of our customer service operations—working closely with the chat support team and ensuring seamless internal coordination.

✔ Own the data: Accurately input, update, and manage client information in our CRM and tracking systems.

✔ Support the chat team: Log treatment details, conversations, and next steps with speed and precision.

✔ Enhance service flow: Coordinate with front desk and operations to ensure smooth appointment scheduling and client follow-ups.

✔ Maintain quality records: Ensure all entries are clean, complete, and always ready for reporting.

✔ Keep it moving:



Help generate regular reports and support backend administrative tasks.

1-2 years of experience in data entry or backend support, preferably in a healthcare, wellness, or customer service workplace.

A typing ninja - fast (40+ WPM) and super accurate.

Fluent in written English with a clear understanding of professional tone (for documentation/chat purposes).

Organized, detail-obsessed, and able to thrive in a high-paced setup.

Tech-savvy with hands-on experience in Excel, Google Sheets, and basic CRM platforms.
