The Mobile Shop Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the mobile retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, managing staff, and maintaining inventory of mobile phones and accessories.

Key Responsibilities

Store Operations

- Manage day-to-day store operations smoothly.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Monitor opening and closing procedures of the store.

Customer Service

- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints.
- Assist customers in selecting mobile phones, plans, and accessories.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers.

Inventory Management

- Maintain stock levels of mobile phones, accessories, and SIM cards.
- Coordinate with suppliers for stock replenishment.
- Conduct regular stock checks and inventory audits.

Cash Handling & Reporting

- Manage daily cash transactions and billing.




- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports.
- Ensure proper handling of payments, returns, and exchanges.

Vendor & Product Management

- Coordinate with distributors and vendors.
- Keep updated on new mobile models, pricing, and offers.

Requirements :

- Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile accessories.
