Job Description - Store Manager

Location : Mani Square, West Bengal Company : Purple United Kids Salary : Up to ₹33,000 In-Hand + PF

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Store Manager to oversee retail operations, drive sales performance, and ensure an exceptional customer experience at our Mani Square store.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end store operations.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Lead, train, and motivate the store team.
- Ensure excellent customer service standards.
- Monitor inventory, stock replenishment, and shrinkage control.
- Maintain visual merchandising as per brand guidelines.
- Handle cash management, billing operations, and store reporting.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in retail operations.
- Prior experience in Apparel, Fashion, Kidswear, Lifestyle, or Footwear retail preferred.
- Solid team handling and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service orientation.
- Graduation preferred.

Pay: ₹12,070.77 - ₹33,000.00 per month
