Job Title : Jewellery Sales Representative Location : Rajkot Industry : Diamond & Gold Jewellery Experience : Minimum 1-2 years preferred (Freshers with good communication may apply)

Key Responsibilities :

- Greet and assist customers with selecting jewellery as per their needs and preferences
- Provide detailed product knowledge (diamond, gold, certification, pricing, etc.)
- Build customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
- Meet daily and monthly sales targets
- Maintain the cleanliness and display of the showroom
- Handle billing, product packaging, and after-sales service
- Maintain stock and inventory records accurately
- Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally

Requirements :

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Robust sense of customer service and sales orientation
- Pleasant personality and presentable appearance
- Basic computer knowledge (billing systems preferred)
- Knowledge of diamond/gold grading and jewellery trends is a plus

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
