We're seeking a skilled Tele Sales Executive to manage inbound and outbound calls for our Hair Transplant Clinic. As a Tele Sales Executive, you'll play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, generating leads, and promoting our services.
Key Responsibilities
1. Handle incoming calls from patients, answering queries and providing information about our hair transplant services.
2. Make outbound calls to potential patients, promoting our services and generating leads.
3. Follow up with existing patients to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals.
4. Maintain accurate records of calls, patient interactions, and lead generation.
Requirements :
1. Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is desirable.
2.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.
