We are seeking a full time Telesales Representative to join our team at our on-site location in Ahmedabad. The primary responsibilities include reaching out to potential customers, delivering sales pitches, providing exceptional customer service, and addressing questions about our eco-friendly products. The role also involves closely collaborating with the sales and customer support teams to meet and exceed sales goals while promoting our mission of sustainability.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers effectively
- Proficiency in customer service and customer support for creating a positive client experience
- Proven ability in sales and promoting products effectively to meet performance goals
- Ability to participate in and carry out training for continuous improvement
Willingness and ability to participate in training to enhance product knowledge and selling strategies
- Basic understanding of sustainability and eco-friendly practices is a plus.
- Experience in a telesales or similar role is advantageous.
Proactive attitude, problem-solving ability, and a customer-oriented approach.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in sales are beneficial
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
