Key Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients visiting the clinic

- Ensure a warm, welcoming, and hospitality-driven patient experience :

- Coordinate and manage patient flow on the clinic floor :

- Assist patients with appointments, procedures, billing queries, and follow-ups

- Act as a bridge between doctors, nursing staff, and patients :

- Handle patient concerns, feedback, and escalations with empathy and professionalism

- Ensure adherence to clinic protocols, service standards, and hygiene guidelines

- Support patient counselling coordination and documentation

- Maintain accurate patient records and daily operational reports





- Train and guide front-desk staff to maintain service excellence

Required Skills & Competencies

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills :

- Robust customer service orientation :

- Calm, empathetic, and professional demeanor

- Ability to manage multiple patients and priorities efficiently

- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills

- Basic knowledge of hospital operations or clinical workflows

- Proficiency in MS Office and hospital management systems (preferred)

Preferred Background

- Experience in fertility clinics, hospitals, healthcare , or wellness centers :

- Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience in customer/patient relationship roles

Working Hours

- As per clinic operations (may include rotational shifts)
