Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and hardworking person to operate a golgappa cart. The operator will be responsible for preparing and serving golgappas, maintaining hygiene, managing basic inventory, and handling customer payments.

Key Responsibilities1. Food Preparation

- Prepare golgappas for serving.
- Fill puris with stuffing and flavored water.
- Ensure food quality and freshness.

1. Customer Service

- Serve customers politely and quickly.
- Maintain a friendly attitude with customers.
- Handle rush hours efficiently.

- Hygiene and Cleanliness

- Keep the cart clean at all times.
- Maintain proper hygiene while preparing food.
- Dispose of waste properly.

- Payment Handling





- Collect cash or digital payments from customers.
- Keep basic record of daily sales.

- Inventory Management

- Check availability of puri, potatoes, pani flavors, and other materials.
- Inform the owner when stock is low.

- Cart Setup and Closing

- Set up the cart before opening time.
- Clean and secure the cart after closing.

Requirements :

- Basic understanding of food handling
- Honest and responsible
- Good behavior with customers
- Ability to work during evening hours
- Physically fit to manage cart operations
