About the Role

V2 Fitness Zone is looking for a proactive and communication-focused Telecaller to manage and handle enquiry calls for all 4 branches from the backend. The role involves interacting with potential clients, providing accurate information about memberships and services, and coordinating leads with respective branch teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming enquiry calls from all V2 Fitness Zone branches professionally.
- Explain gym memberships, offers, personal training services, and facilities to prospective clients.
- Maintain proper follow-up with leads generated through calls, social media, campaigns, and walk-ins.
- Coordinate enquiries with branch sales teams and management.
- Maintain daily call logs, lead status updates, and customer databases.
- Schedule trial sessions, consultations, and appointment bookings.
- Resolve basic customer queries regarding timings, pricing, services, and branch details.
- Ensure quick response and professional communication with all clients.




- Support backend customer engagement and lead conversion activities.

Required Skills :

- Valuable communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and basic English.
- Strong convincing and follow-up abilities.
- Basic computer and calling management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple enquiries efficiently.
- Positive attitude and customer-friendly approach.
- Experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales is preferred.

Work Expectations

- Handle enquiries for all 4 branches efficiently from backend operations.
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in client communication.
- Achieve daily and monthly follow-up targets assigned by management.

Preferred Qualifications

- Intermediate / Degree qualification preferred.
- Prior experience in fitness, sales, or customer service industry is an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
